Applied Computer Solutions (ACS) successfully hosted the first Cisco "Network On Wheels" event at the Windsor & District Chamber of Commerce offices on September 22nd. The 25-foot mobile showcase was equipped with the latest Cisco networking technologies designed specifically for small and medium-sized businesses. The exciting, interactive demonstration of technologies proved to be a huge hit with the business owners and techies alike. ACS invited the top St. Clair College Computer Network students to the event in an ongoing effort to support St. Clair College's technology programs.

Habitat for Humanity

ACS staff donated their time, hands and hearts in September to help build homes for Habitat for Humanity. Margaret Trojand, ACS' Task Co-Coordinator had this to say "It was a great experience, to be able to work with each other on a different level outside of the office environment and know that all your sweat and efforts contributed to such a worthy cause. I went home dirty, tired and happy. I'd gladly do it again."
